This is a tailored fitness program specific for Over 40s. It is a full training plan that includes weekly one to one video call workouts with Mark. 

Totally bespoke and concise, this is Online Personal Training to help you hit your goals at home all done at a time that suits you.

 

STEP 1

 

Do you want to lose weight? Are you looking to get stronger? Firstly, get in touch with Mark to discuss your wishes and goals.

 

STEP 2 

 

To help in making your program fit you, you’ll then conduct a video call fitness assessment at a day and time to suit. Using this info together with your wishes, Mark then plans your Personal Training program.

 

STEP 3 

 

Now it's down to business! Begin your bespoke Online Personal Training journey with Mark. 

 

 

All Programs include...

 

- A weekly one to one video call workout with Mark. If you choose Intensive Online PT, you get 2 weekly video call workouts. (Personalised plans that include just these one to one sessions with Mark can be arranged on request)


- A tailored and easy to follow training plan that you’ll do on other days. Print off your plan, tick off and assess your workouts as you go.

 

- Members Area video workouts that are specific to your training plan. You’ll login to the members area and conduct remedial workouts to aid you in your goal.

 

- Mark is your coach and will be there with unlimited support, weekly training advice and tips. He will get in touch regularly to ask you how things are getting on. 

 

- Discount off ‘Eat This Much’ Premium Meal Planning App. Optional extra help with your food habits if you choose to.

 

A quick word from Mark on being successful...
