Start my solo home training and get into shape with my guidance. You’ll get sessions that are specific to YOU from the start, and to take you on stage by stage.

There are lots of different programs on offer on the market, but my Solo Home Training is truly unique to you. No generic workout plans. Your program will be written by me for you personally in whatever goal you want to aim for. This is online training how it should be. 

It's a 10 WEEK Tailored to YOU program. You’ll be getting fitter by training a level at a time, at a time of day that suits you. 

10 Week Program, 5 Sessions a Week...

10 weeks! That’s right you read correctly, you get 10 weeks of tailored training. It will start easy and as you build fitness training will intensify. Your training will also take into consideration rest weeks to aid your recovery and help your body adapt. To help vary training on one day of the week you’ll also get access to my video workout library, I’ll then virtually lead a workout for you! I’ve made it so its as close to having a real life Personal Trainer as possible, all action training with the focus on you.

Truly tailored...

If you want to lose weight safely and want your training to take place at home I will make you a plan that you can do there. If you want to train for a running event, I’ll set you workouts that you’ll do on the road to make you a better runner. If you want to go to your local park and get total body fitness with a combination of strength and cardio I’ll set you your program that way. This training is totally tailored to your needs and will get you the best results possible in your own way.

What you get...

  • Your Training Plan - So I can build your specific training I’ll send you a detailed action plan. Fill in the plan fully, be as detailed as you can on your likes, dislikes etc and send it me back ASAP.
  • Within a few days you’ll receive your first week of a 10 Week, 5 days a week Training Program - You’ll get your easy to follow 5 day training plan straight to your email inbox every Sunday. You weekly plan will also include food tips to help you gain real control over your diet.
  • Access to my massive library of Video Workouts that help form part of your training.
  • Membership of a private Facebook page that includes weekly tips and ideas on how to make the most out of your home training using the App SECONDS PRO.
  • Feel like you need extra help? Email me anytime to get support on problems you may be having. I’ll reply as soon as I can.
  • Personalised aftercare video, how to stay in shape once the 10 Week Training is over.

How do I start?

To get your own 10 week training program started, simply to go my sign up page. There you’ll be transferred to PayPal. Pay the fee, then I’ll shortly email you your action plan. Fill it in as best as you can and email it me back, I’ll then devise your program. You’ll receive week 1 within 2-3 days and thereafter every Sunday for 10 weeks. Training will be Monday to Friday with the weekend as your rest days.
