For the last 8 years I have seen so many client success stories as a 'face to face' Personal Trainer. Now sadly due to the coronavirus I have had to go 'Virtual'. The good news is I have found its a great way for you to gain the results your after!

VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

The journey starts with an email. Simply email me via the "CONTACT US" page telling me why you want a personal trainer, which program you have in mind and the best time for me to call you to discuss training further. I will then call you and we can go over PT and what I can offer you, we then arrange your Video Call Fitness Assessment.

Video Call Fitness Assessment...

At the Video Call assessment we meet and greet, I find out what goal you have in mind. Together with the health form that you would of been emailed and sent back to me. I start to build a concise picture of the training plan that I will prepare for you.

Now we move to a short fitness test. Here your mobility, endurance, strength and flexibility will be tested. The mobility test is where I will check your joint range of movement, the endurance test is a simple two minute step test, strength test is a sit up and press up test and finally a simple flexibility test. I'll use the results together with the info you’ve given me to help in my plan for you. If weight loss is your primary goal, we will also take your weight.

Once we are done with the assessment I'll go away and plan your training.

Before our first PT session I’ll email you the plan I’ve devised, then I see you next at session 1!

I lead your weekly workouts live via online video. As well as your live workouts you’ll also get all of the extras as detailed below. Give me a call to discuss your needs and what you want out of training, it’s such a fun way to have great PT in your home!

What will happen if you stick to your program...

If you stick to the training I set you, and give it 110%, your going to be in the best shape of your life. I’ll set you a plan and give the best training and advice I can, but the hard work and total dedication has to come from you. Getting in great shape and sticking at it is a commitment you need to make to yourself. Enjoy your program and allow yourself to believe!

- 4 Weekly PT review.We will look at your program together and change what needs to change to ensure you keep getting results. 

- Is weight loss your goal? You will weigh yourself every 4 Weeks at your last session.

If you don't want a live weekly session with me, but still want the benefit of having a well structured program that you do on your own, then my TRAIN SOLO program is for you. You'll get an easy to follow 4 weekly bespoke program emailed to you together with tips on how to get the best results possible. Before training begins, I will call you to chat and go over exactly what you want out of training. Train solo includes 4 weeks of...

- A bespoke, easy to follow emailed solo training plan. Print the plan off and stick it up in your home gym

- Weekly Support Call to over training problems and diet tips, at a time and day to suit you.
